CSwap

Run several Claude Code accounts side by side, and move a session to another account with /swap.

A macOS menu bar app and the cswap command for people with more than one Claude Code account. Every account keeps its own login and shows its live usage. When one runs out, /swap continues the same conversation on another account in the same terminal tab.

Problem

Switching Claude Code accounts meant logging out and back in, and tools that swap one shared login around end up logging you out, because Claude Code's refresh tokens are single-use.

What I built

A Swift menu bar app and CLI that give every account its own configuration folder, share settings, skills and transcripts between them, and only ever read a login, never write one.

Highlights

  • Every account runs in its own Claude Code folder and stays logged in, side by side in two terminals if you like.
  • /swap continues a running session on another account, even after the current one hit its limit.
  • The menu bar shows 5-hour, weekly and per-model usage for every account, plus its running sessions.
  • Settings, skills, plugins, hooks, memory and transcripts are shared with ~/.claude across all accounts.
